Full kaan earing

We ordered full kaan earrings through online.
The product which we received was really very cheap quality and broken as soon as we opened it.
When we raised the concern to Mrs. Jyoti from Kolkata explained everything that we have a function with in a week and the product which was received is damaged and when asked for replacement,she mentioned that it will take 30-40 days for repair instead of replacement.
When we mentioned ,we will put the review of the product,on which she mentioned,you can put your review whatever you want.
Really it's not good customer service,where we get such an answer after receiving very cheap and broken products.
Really not worth it at all.
