Return & Refund Policy
We have 3 days easy exchange/return policy. Please request for exchange/return within 3 days (72 hours) from the receipt of the product.
No return/exchange or refund option (even in case of damage in transit) is there for orders delivering outside India.
No return or exchange request will be accepted after 3 days or 72 hours of delivery.
Important
1. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the invoice. It must also be in the original box provided.
2. Return/Exchange is not applicable for the following items:
- Nose pins, Nolaks
- Tiklis below Rs.300
3. No Return/Exchange and refund facility is available for orders for which delivery address is not in India.
4. Applicable shipping charge according to the order value need to be paid by the customer. There's no charge for size exchange.
5. For once exchanged items, no return/exchange request is accepted except manufacturing defects/damaged items.
6. Opening video is must for return/exchange for manufacturing defects/damages.
How to return Items for Return/Exchange?
We have 2 methods to return the products to us.
1. We offer doorstep return pickup facility at the cost of Rs 75 per package. However, it will be free in case of manufacturing defects.
2. Alternatively you can ship the product to the following address. The shipment should be booked within 3 days of recieving the item. Once you ship the parcel, kindly share the tracking details (Receipt) for our reference.

How to request Return/Exchange?
You can go to our Return Center and put your Order no. and Email/Phone which you have used to place the order. This will fetch your order details. You can select the items to submit a return request.
Or you can just reach out to us on Whatsapp no. 9907866370 or write an email to contact@brishni.com, we will create the return pick up for you.
Refund Process
Once the item is received and inspected, upon satisfaction we will process the refund within 2 business days. Applicable shipping charges (Upto Rs.100 for Prepaid order and Rs.200 for COD order) will be deducted from the refund amount. If opted for urgent service via DTDC PLUS, actual shipping charge will be deducted.
Mode of refund: For prepaid orders, refund will be made to the original mode of payment. For Cash on delivery orders, we will ask for the payment details for the refund to be done.
Cancellation Policy: An order can be cancelled as long as it's not shipped. If the order is prepaid, upon cancellation the refund will be made to original payment method.
