What are the products made of?
All our jewelry is 22K Gold Plated on pure copper.
Does the Jewellery look exactly like Gold?
Yes, exactly like branded Gold because of our premium 22K Gold plating. Please read our customer reviews on the Reviews page.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, we give Two years color warranty on our products except Noa. However, the color easily remains intact for 7-8 years with proper care.
What happens if the color fades?
If it's within the warranty period, we will recolor it for free. However none of our customer neede it in last 7 years of our business.
DELIVERY
How long does it take for the products to get delivered?
Prepaid orders take 3-6 days to deliver. Cash on delivery may take 6-9 days.
Do you provide order tracking?
Yes. we use traceable shipping services. As soon as the product is shipped, we send the tracking details via Whatsapp, SMS & email.
return & refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we have a easy 3 days return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, you need to let us know within 3 days of getting the item. You can return/exchange the item as long as the item is in original condition. Please read our Return & Exchange policy for the details.
How long does it take for refunds?
Once the returned item is received by us, we process the refund within 24 hours (One working day).
