What are the products made of?
All our jewelry is 24K Gold Plated on pure copper.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, we give Two years color warrant. However, the color easily remains intact for 7-8 years with proper care.
What happens if the color fades?
If it's within the warranty period, we will recolor it for free. After two years there's a nominal charge for recoloring.
Can I wear it regularly?
No, we don't suggest regular use of our jewellery as frequent contact with chemicals like detergent, dishwasher etc. may harm the gold-plating.
Does the Jewellery look exactly like Gold?
Yes, exactly like branded Gold because of our premium 22K Gold plating. Please read our customer reviews on the Reviews page.

Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship all over India wherever there's a courier service.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship to most of the countries. For USA, Canada, UK and Australia, you can checkout directly from website. For other countries, please contact us.
How long does it take for the products to get delivered?
Prepaid orders take 3-6 days to deliver. Cash on delivery may take 6-9 days.
Do you provide order tracking?
Yes. we use traceable shipping services. As soon as the product is shipped, we send the tracking details via Whatsapp, SMS & email.
return & refunds
Do you have a Return/Exchange Policy?
Yes, we have a easy 3 days return/exchange policy. You can raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of getting the item. You can return/exchange the item as long as the item is in original condition. Please read our Return & Exchange policy for the details.
How long does it take for refunds?
Once the returned item is received by us, we process the refund within 48 hours (Two working days).
